What are the costs of CSL?

CSL is FREE for all participants. All lectures, facilities and other resources are provided at no cost

What are the deadlines/dates associated with CSL Batch 3?

Applications due Sept. 30.
Kickoff November 4
Demo Day mid January

What areas/topics are relevant to CSL?

CSL is open to most deep tech domains, including but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Crypto/Distributed Systems, Software as a service and related domains.

Is CSL batch #3 in person? Can I be remote?

CSL is virtual and can be attended online. No in-person interactions are required.

Who are the instructors/teachers associated with CSL?

The instructors for CSL include: industry experts, business strategy and fundraising experts from Lightspeed and Polychain as well as professors from The University of Texas, Austin.

Is the startup school restricted to registered full time students?

CSL is open to all participants, you need not be a registered student to apply.

Do I need to part of a team to apply?

Yes, all applications must be from teams, and teams must include at least one technical team member (coder/engineer). Only developer/coders/engineers can apply as individuals (singleton teams).

Do I need a startup idea to apply?

Although having an idea in mind is strongly encouraged, an idea/product is not required to apply.

What stage(s) of startups will be accepted?

We are stage-agnostic, and all teams will be considered regardless of stage.

Is addressing a challenge (on the Challenges tab) required for participation?

No. Although we encourage you to review the challenges posted, you need not address a challenge listed to apply.
